This rapist is exactly who I’m referring to, I really don’t think there is any hope of reaching a person like that. Protecting the community should be paramount. If there is someone with a “spark of humanity” we can only hope he is incarcerated in a facility that can properly provide the counsel he needs. For the most part I just don’t think that exist, many convicted rapists here never attended counseling while serving their sentence.

Those with no spark or thread of humanity cannot be sucessfully, reformed or treated as yet.
One such sexual predator, ( a paedophile), struck in Scotland a short time ago, within days of being released after completing a prison term and just hours after a Police warning and being given restrictions on approaching women and children.

This man, in his 20′s started out at age 14 with his first attack and finally ecalated into admitting to trying to kill a grandmother (age 60) in order to rape her two grandchildren. She fought back, even after being stabbed and urged her two grandchildren to run, (they did). Neighbours came to her aid and the man was captured.

by the way…Chemical castration can remove the tools of the act but not the urge.
